While in physiotherapy from a car accident; she promptly signed up for her first half iron in order to keep herself motivated. She is no stranger to the podium in Quebec and has recently been named to the Canadian team. Look for her in Budapest in 2010. Mel is way more advanced and intelligent than the rest of us. Her race stats can be found here.
Meredith HaganMeredith is triathlete, marathoner, personal trainer and co-owner of Phat Chicks. She has completed seven marathons including Toronto, NYC and Boston. With a busy schedule and minimal training she got a taste of finishing in the top of her age group in the Subaru Triathlon Series in the summer of 2009. Meredith tragically lost her life from a cycling accident on April 29th 2010. She will always be a part of our team. Learn more about Meredith here.
